All windows changed from brick to brick
Igor and his team completed the entire project within agreed upon time lines and at the quoted price. They removed the old windows, which was labour intensive, and carefully placed the new windows brick to brick. They anticipated to complete the job in 2 days but completed in 3, which goes to show their efforts in don't the right job. We are satisfied with the windows and much better than what was previously installed.
There was a slight misunderstanding in the trim finish on the interior windows, I would encourage others to ensure they look at the difference between the wood and vinyl trim finish.
The reason we went with Igor was he provided great references and allowed me to visit and speak to previous customers that have purchased his products. For me, that goes above and beyond his competitors as I had the peace of mind that I was dealing with a professional.
