Vincent and his team pretty much redid our whole place, ~2300 sq ft:
- kitchen, powder room, library, laundry, dining, family room, master washroom, shared washroom, master bedroom, basement, everything

Our designer drew up the plans and Avier Renovation executed. The results are excellent. Other people in the construction/renovation business that come over all say that the attention to detail is top notch. Friends that come over feel as if they've entered a magazine home.

They also went above and beyond to help with other small issues that needed fixing (which weren't our contract). We couldn't be more satisfied.

Vincent and his team did a great job on finishing our basement. From framing to installing different layers of materials, they paid great attention to details. They care about customers preferences and make recommendations based on our living habits. Were very satisfied with their service and work. Well definitely recommend Avier to all our friends.

Our house reno is wrapping up, we feel very fortunate to have Vincent and his team work on our entire house and transformed it to our dream home.

Our project included renovating master-bathroom, remodeling master room closet and modifying main-bathroom into a ensuite and a shared bathroom. We actually had a quite tight timeline and budget to meet. We spoke to few contractors and were glad that we chose Aiver -Vincent and his team. Vincent is great in person, has a lot of brilliant ideas. He sent us a detailed quote, explained single items, discussed the options and gave us professional advises. He replied to messages and phone calls quickly. We often ask him questions beyond his work scope. His team is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy and satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them for anything and will definitely use them for future renovations!

We hired Vincent for a major face-lift of our newly purchased house November 2020. Here is the list of thing him and his team did:
