When we bought our house, we had an energy audit done and there was a huge hole in our original wood door for the mail slot. Well, no surprise that the audit suggested we replace the doors. We shopped around and got several quotes for the job, but Michael was the most conscientious and thorough in his knowledge about the installation and products. He was able to get our doors in before the holidays, which was great! When we hit a snag in the installation, Michael dealt with it immediately and was superb in his customer service and the quality of craftsmanship. If you want doors and want to be assured that they’ll be done right, this is the place to go for solid quality and installation. He made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and was prompt in his replies and very responsive.

I requested recommendations on a single door replacement for a current double entry french door. I was provided some relevant recommendations and options that would work well with my house configuration. Mike was thourough and provided guidance through the entire process for selecting the door type and style, through the appropriate locking system. There was no pressure during the process, and Amica was able to work with my timeline. Overall it was a great experience and I'm very happy with my installation.

Michael helped me determine the best sliding door to replace a 20-year old one that was originally installed in the house. When it was installed, the installer's workmanship was admirable and with almost no cleanup required. A great experience.

I was very pleased with quality of work provided by AMICA Windows and Doors. Mike, the owner, who came over to quote the job was great to deal with. His recommendations on window type and colour were great. Pricing was very competitive.The windows were ready within the timeframe he said and we're installed about a week later. George, who took care of the installation, was a true professional. Mike also came by a few times during the install to make sure everything was going ok and to answer any questions I had. Our balcony doors and several windows were leaking snow/moisture in during the winter, so we asked multiple vendors to come take a look and provide suggestions and quotes.

Michael and Amica stood out as he was very patient and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. During the walkthrough, he had some great suggestions on what to consider that would provide us with the best value. He also provided a written quote afterwards that detailed exactly the windows/doors/options based on our conversations.

Michael and his team were phenomenal and did a fantastic job.

I had them retrofit my windows upstairs and downstairs, as well as cut down two of the basement windows. Peter (mason) and George (window installer) were efficient and worked diligently until everything was completed.

After the install, Michael returned to check over all the work for quality assurance. Unsurprisingly, everything was beautiful and required no additional work. I will definitely be hiring Michael et al. for all future projects.

The project included installation of triple glass window instead of balkony doors and replacement of regular glass windows to laminated glass windows. Done in time exactly what was planned, neat and clean. The company sent first class representative and very qualified executioner. Price was resonable since we received quots from another 4 companies.

After contacting 4 companies for a quote, I chose Amica for the project because of how informative and detail oriented Michael is and for their competitive prices as well. Also I’m very pleased with the installers George and Ryan’s great work and how they cleaned up after the fact. Michael took his time answering all my questions and addressing my concerns.
