We'd our system installed almost Eight in years past, no issues at all. Installation was completed extremely fast with an experienced technician. Everything works perfectly. The few occasional phone calls I made through the years, for simple questions (how to change batteries for that individual units ) were answered along with clear, patient guidance until the job is performed.
