Alex was professional, friendly. Was able to come out the same day. This is the 2nd time we have used Alex. I would highly recommend this company.

Our gas oven wasn't starting properly. Alex diagnosed the problem, ensured there weren't any gas leaks, had the part in his truck, and completed all work in one short appointment. As we are close to Christmas, it was a great relief to have it fixed so fast! He was very professional, friendly and efficient.

My Dryer would not shut off. I considered this a serious fire hazard.

Alex followed Covid protocol with mask and gloves. Very professional. I had Alex fix the washing machine in the past, and I highly recommend his services to others.

We have used Unimaster twice to service the oven as it needed to have both the igniter and lower burner replaced. Unimaster provided great service and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I would use them again. Bob

Unimaster's technicians were able to visit on short notice. I suspected a broken drive belt and bought a replacement. Alex and Alex confirmed a broken belt and installed the new one. Dryer fixed! Tenants happy.

Excellent service. Alex indicated fridge repair would be near cost of a new fridge. Based on recommendation from Alex we purchased a new fridge which he installed today. Installation ($231) went very well.

Called to order new seal for lower freezer unit on refrigerator and was going to process for $200 as quoted. Quick fix and could do myself. Last minute, thought would have a service call to check it out. Was other issue, Alex cleared all the ice out and the lines + installed heat transfer link so will not happen in future. Then told me I could replace the seal as was split but really not necessary.

Summing up, he came only hours after making request and was professional, worked clean and fixed the problem! I highly recommend Unimaster in Langley and would call them back in a heartbeat. Pleased to know they also are gas techs and can work on our furnace/stove if need to.

We called Unimasters this late afternoon for my dryer that no longer was working. They were so fast and responsible and were able to send out Roy to our house within the next couple hours.
