Noticed a stain in our ceiling but did not know if it was the window or bath tub. I noticed a house had new windows so I asked them for their contractor. When I called, I received a response right away and the person came to the house to give an estimate within days, even during the pandemic. Once we decided to have Koral windows, he returned and placed the order. There were several delays due to the pandemic but this person kept me informed. On install there was severe wood rot noticed. The installer discussed the problem and ended up being delayed as we needed to rebuild the back of the house. He worked with the contractor to ensure the windows would be installed with appropriate support.
I am pleased with the service and appreciate the communication with the installer. The only one comment is that the windows have the suction cup markings and finger prints on them. They are too high up for me to clean, so it would have been better if the windows were cleaned before the job was complete. With all the unexpected problems with the structure of the house due to wood rot, I was pleased with the service and have now ordered more windows for the front of the house.
