Due to a wait on glass and having a hiccup with our order the wait time turned out to be a lot longer than expected. Daryl's communication throughout truly finished off a long process on a high note. He was prepared to make sure we were taken care of each step of the way.

Vasily, our installer, did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. All in all this was a fantastic experience. Panes definitely made up for an issues with the exceptional service. Never have I had an issue with a large purchase and been so happy with the outcome.

This company did an amazing job. Everything was done quickly, the price was awesome and the installation was fast and neat. Before choosing this company we contacted a few others and after doing research we choose Panes. We are so grateful and we got such amazing black windows. Purchased windows for a large new build construction project from panes. David was a pleasure to do business with. I recommend anyone shopping for windows to purchase from panes for the service and pricing that is amazing.

I am very happy with my purchase from Panes windows, the process was painless. I spoke with technical support online and they explain how to measure and how to install including the type of screws to use and how much gap to leave around the windows. The website was easy to use for ordering and the production date for pickup was sooner than advertised. When I arrived to pick up the windows the warehouse manager couldn't have been more helpful helping me load up my vehicle. I did do my homework and Panes price was better than the competition and the quality was comparable. It took about 2 days to install 5 windows including all the trim and they have made the place so much warmer.

I needed windows fast, I had booked siding installation and decided shortly after that we should replace the windows. We had about 4 weeks before the siding crew was to come. I called Panes, Dave answered and he promised to have them ready. He is a man of his word, the windows were done with more than a week to spare. Perfect size and great quality. We purchased the double hung and are extremely happy with them and the excellent service from this company.

One IMPORTANT thing for the shipping. The particle board is thin (that's not too bad) but the screws used to assemble the wood around the window for shipping are not the right ones. You need to use screws with the larger pan heads - designed specifically for particle board.

I ordered a window from Panes in September and have nothing but good things to say. First and foremost, you can always get in contact with someone when you call. I never had to wait for call backs and I was able to have options provided to me that fit my needs. I was also provided with well priced quotes and accurate turnaround times for my window. I dealt directly with David for the majority of my interaction with Panes and his customer service was top notch. He went above and beyond to ensure a good quality product and installation. I would definitely recommend Panes and will use them again in the future.

Several things I was pleased about:
1. There was a guy when I called customer service who could remotely modify my complex doubled stacked window and explain the difference in dimensions etc.
2. Amazing value - I shopped around locally and there guys had a price that could not be beat
3. The window arrived in a wooden box - super solid and cushioned up on inside.
4. Yes there was a 4-5 week wait time but local guys quoted me 6 weeks and sounded annoyed I was ordering just 1 window.
5. Super pleased with the quality of the window.
