I am just an average homeowner customer, who like to do there home projects my self to save money like every one else. First windows order i ever did in my life time on my own! I screw up the measurements only to realize when I picked up the windows it was wrong although it’s customers responsibility to confirm details for supply .Daryl immediately said not to worry and panes would remake it at no cost. Excellent customer service compared to past experiences in other trades fields I have dealt with no stress or arguing about the cost.
