Several things I was pleased about:
1. There was a guy when I called customer service who could remotely modify my complex doubled stacked window and explain the difference in dimensions etc.
2. Amazing value - I shopped around locally and there guys had a price that could not be beat
3. The window arrived in a wooden box - super solid and cushioned up on inside.
4. Yes there was a 4-5 week wait time but local guys quoted me 6 weeks and sounded annoyed I was ordering just 1 window.
5. Super pleased with the quality of the window.
