Fabian did a great job on our main floor tiles. He gave us a fair price and outlined his timeline before the job. He was very honest with us and answered all our questions.

The tiles we chose and the pattern we chose had the risk of lipping and so he warned us of that possibility. However he worked to ensure any possible lipping was limited to the edges of the floor and not disruptive or obvious. The job was very well done and our floors look amazing! I would definitely recommend his company for future tile jobs anyone may have.

We were referred to Fabian from a friend who builds custom homes. The quality of work was fantastic and it was completed in a timely and cost effective manner. Fabian is an absolute gem to deal with. He responds quickly and starts and finishes the job within the time frame that is given at the beginning of the job. He takes pride in the work and will let you know in advance if he thinks something will not work or will not look good. He asks question and throws out ideas to ensure the client fully understands the job before he begins and that everyone is on the same page. He does everything necessary to make sure that his clients are happy with the job which is why we have used him many times both for our newly built custom home (5 bathrooms, laundry room, mud room, front hallway, fireplace) and for our newly renovated office (2 bathrooms and a kitchen). He will be doing our outdoor pool cabana bathroom soon too! We would highly recommend Precise tile!

I hired Precise Tile to install tiling for a backsplash. The work was done quickly and efficiently, everyone was professional and courteous, and the end result was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with the end result. Contracted out Precise Tile for finishing shower stall walls and curb that I did not have time to complete myself. I am happy the job started each day on time and cleanup was done after every day of the job site. I appreciated the recommendations made for levelling out the walls prior to tiling to make the quality come out even better. Pleased that the tiling job came out great and completed on time as promised.

From beginning to end, Fabian and his crew were honest, on-time with exceptional attention to detail and amazing results! He was asked to install a large format 2’ x 2’ large porcelain tile to replace 20 year old builder ceramic throughout the main floor hallway, powder room and kitchen.

Being a stickler for workmanship, his dry pack contractor’s job was perfect, clean and incredibly precise. And Fabian’s experience really shined with the final results. Installation, cuts, seams and grout were all perfect. Even my realtor was commenting on the job.
