Pocketed FULL PAYMENT on Nov 27th, 2017 and NEVER RETURNED to finish the job before winter arrived. Gables left open, Tyvek half done, blocking incomplete, roof left open to the elements... said he'd come back to finish... sometime... when he had the chance... and when the weather permitted. It's December now.
