Latest update: after 3 months of back and forth, they finally came thru with the gift card. Here's what I sent their customer service manager, who agreed to send a measly $100 gilt card...and guess what....they never did send me one.
I’ve been patient, calm and respectful throughout this trying process, until now, as the installers are a no show AGAIN, without the decency of a phone call that had been requested numerous times. Here’s the lead up:
Everyone has asked me why I got the gutters done before I had the roof done. I was told by them this should be no problem. Roofers had to be extra careful and place plywood down.
I definitely need LeafFilter in the front and also replaced the gutters. I was told the back gutters were in good shape and didn’t need replacing and the filter can be installed on them.
Problem is, if I was told they had to pull out all the spikes anyway, I would not have had LeafFilter installed in the back.
The spikes were strewn across the yard..2 were in the pool.
I was told the 2 downspouts down the roof to tie the 2nd story gutter to the 1st floor gutter (to avoid water cascading down the shingles) can be done and the roof can be done under it with no problem
The installer said no way, hence the need to reschedule this after the roof has been done
Initial install was scheduled Tues Jul 2. I asked for a call when arriving....what happened....no show and no call. I had to call in and it was rescheduled for 1st thing Wed morning…they didn’t arrive until late in the day.
With the roof done, the downspouts were scheduled between 1 – 3pm Aug 22. I made numerous requests again, for a call when they were arriving. NO SHOW...NO CALL. Even calling Service Dept 3 times between 3:30 and 5:00 still did not get me an update.
I expected a call first thing this morning and didn’t get one. So I had to call in yet again. And now won’t be completed until next week….awaiting your confirmation.
I hope this conveys my justified and utter frustration. I’ll leave this to you for immediate resolution.
