After 15 years it was time for a new roof. I reviewed several quotes from contractors and found Gamma Roofing to be very competitive. I requested that Frank use all Owens Corning roofing materials with the Duration shingles.

Frank also on my request reconfigured the roof vents and added a performance vent as well. This was a reconfiguration from all the vents on the same side of the roof (building code violation) to three on west side and three on east side. This was necessary after the last major wind storm had the air escaping only through the soffitt vents which caused enough back pressure it ripped two vents off the roof.

This is a large roof and Frank made sure he had a large enough crew to get this job completed and cleaned up by the end of the day. I highly recommend anyone looking for a replacement roof contact Frank.

Frank and a crew of four arrived at about 1 p.m. as expected and immediately started working in the most efficient and skilled way I've witnessed for years. Three obviously competent and confident men on the roof removed the old shingles, lined the roof, installed the new shingles, new roof vents, and calked chimney and other flashings. Another man efficiently organized and lifted the materials for the men on the roof, and continuously cleaned up the site. Frank directed the work and patiently and thoroughly explained to me what was going on throughout. It was a hive of non-stop and efficient activity until about 7 p.m. when all was done, the crew left, and there was no sign, apart from our beautiful new house and shed roofs, that anyone had been working on our property.
I'm sure we received quality work and product at a reasonable price. Thank you Frank and crew.

I hired Frank for a full roof replacement through HomeStar. He was very quick to respond, took time to clarify what the next steps would look like and went into detail on what is recommended. His crew arrived on time and worked hard through the day to have the job completed within the day. They made sure to clean up the area thoroughly before leaving for the day. The end product looks greats.

Price is very reasonable, but the communication and time Frank spends with his clients is what impressed me more. He took time to come back for a final inspection and walkthrough, as well as took photos of the work in progress for me from the top of the roof.
