Great job as always! My wife and I have had Cheresh Millworking previously and wouldn't even consider asking another contractor because we know the job will be done well. We appreciated the punctuality, respect and cleanliness of these guys. This time we had them come to do a reno upgrade since the basement rec room hadn't been touched since the original owners finished the basement 27 years ago. Needless to say there were a few unanticipated 'surprises' from the previous owners reno all those years ago and things had to be brought up to code. i.e. electrical. Dave and his team know what they are doing and any questions we have they always answer. We've never had to wonder if they were going to show up - they arrive when they say they will. They clean up after themselves at the end of the day and covered our furniture with drop cloths so they wouldn't get marked. What we appreciate the most is that Dave and his guys are men of integrity. We know we can trust them. The work they have done has definitely increased the value of our home for further down the road when we sell. Thanks Dave! They built a Sunroom for us. It was finished beautifully and was done
in a professional manner. Very happy with the outcome. It provides us
with an extra room and is of great use, especially in the summer.

Have used Cheresh twice. First time was for repair and installation of siding. David had some great design suggestions and the work was done quickly, effectively and looked great. The second time we called was due to a leaky roof. David had great advice on vent location and how to fix the problem so it never happened again. The work was done promptly and the clean up was spotless. Cannot recommend Cheresh more highly.

After considering several contractors, we met with David about the design of the fireplace we wanted. He listened to what we wanted, made a few suggestions and created the custom design.
