I like to say we had a positive experience working with. stonnik. We worked with Sia and Mohsen, they both were helpful and easy to communicate with.

We met with 5 companies prior to our project start date and Stonnik was one of the two we were deciding between. Price point was very similar among all 5 although Stonnik was a bit higher and we could negotiate it to get closer to others as well.

What we liked the most about Stonnik was the fact the owner was involved from first steps till the end. He was with during the materials selection processes and was on job site for most of the installation period as well.

There was an adjustment needed to be done by our cabinet maker which Stonnik people paused the project and returned to sites once it was resolved.
Among trades we worked with for this kitchen renovation, Stonnik was one of the good ones.

The worse customer service I have ever encountered. I had an outdoor countertop installed at the beginning of summer, which was done relatively on time (although a bit sloppily with some edges not lining up well). A few months later one of the joints completely broke off. I contacted the company, and they said they would come the following week to fix it. They never showed. Since then, I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions, left emails and voicemails and have been completely ignored (I know they are answering others because as soon as I called with a different number I got a callback -- where they again promised to fix the problem and never delivered). I find this kind of treatment of clients very disrespectful. It's now been over a month and a half of chasing them, and I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau.

The communication was really hard with them. They were not able to schedule in advance when they will come.
I have renovate my kitchen with many contractors and Stonnik was the worst in term of delay and miscommunication.

Took a quite while to move between the various stages of consult to quote to plans to final delivery but admittingly this was during the peak of Covid lockdowns. We had to be on top of them for communications & updates.

In the end we got a nice piece of Quartz at a fair price and they were able to keep it as 1 solid piece.

Installers were friendly and did their best to take care during their install. Some parts to the sink were missing and they promptly brought it the next day.

Stonnik did a fantastic job with our project. Mohsen was patient enough with us during the process. Our job got postponed a few times because of Covid and they were kind enough reschedule our project.
Everything happened as we were expecting and we are very happy with final results.
The installers were clean, on time and polite.
