Scott and his team upgraded our attic insulation and installed tower ventilation in two roofs in one day. They delivered everything they promised and more. We highly recommend their team based on our experience. We are already enjoying the benefits of a warmer attic.

Old insulatipn was "damp" and inefficient--it took a full day to remove and spray wood with anti-mold product. Second day was spent putting in "boxes" between roof trusses and blowing in of new insulation. The 3 men were efficient, polite and explained what they were doing at each step.

Tennant Home Service was fantastic to deal with. I was paired with them through Home Depot installation services for insulating the attic of my older home. The quote was very reasonable and the front office team dealt with ALL the bureaucratic tape, forms, phone calls and bookings around the provincial rebate program. Everyone showed up exactly on time and cleaned spotlessly afterwards. I am already noticing that maybe furnace isnt coming on as often as it would have when the days get to a high of only 5° or lower. I am excited to see the results in my heating bill this winter. Had R20 in our attic and invited a couple companies out to give a quote to bring the R-value up to Current standards.

Scott at Tennant Insulation was the only contractor who showed real professionalism and knowledge of the quotes I recieved. Scott was not pushy at all unlike another contractor I dealt with.

It was recommended that I increase my Insulation to R60.

I also had my skylight tunnel spray-foamed to increase its R-value which should seal off any leakage. Being COVUD times the spray foam wasn't available for Scott so he brought in a contractor who had a supply of the product to get the job done in a timely manner.

Cost without the skylight Insulation was less than other quotes. Skylight added about 1500 to the total.

We used by Scott's recommendation a synthetic material which has a large percentage of it as recycled material. And it settles much less than cellulose products.

All on all, I'm very satisfied with the detail of work that was done.

Really enjoyed dealing with Scott and his from Tennant Home Service. There arrived a few minutes earlier, and quietly started the preparations of the attic for the extra insulation. They were professional and Scott took his time answering my questions about the work to be completed. Was great to find the estimate and invoice had a detailed list of the work to be done and their associated cost which removed any guessing about what was being done. They added extra insulation to compensate for settling and even changed out weather stripping on attic trap door.

I have no complaints about this service. It was re-scheduled a few times due to the COVID shutdowns but it was eventually completed with no problem.
