I was very pleased that Speedy was able to give me a quick appointment. The tech specialist was very pleasant & professional and was able to get my dryer back in service the same day. For many years I did most of the repairs around the house so when an issue arose later with this machine I knew what had to be done and contacted the office. Once the tech expert learned of the situation he agreed with my assessment and quickly remedied the situation. Thank you

I would like recommend Speedy Appliance Repair to anybody who is looking to get a good and fast service. I had a major problem when I found 2 of my refrigerators not working on the same day. I contacted Speedy Applince in the afternoon and got a home visit same day at 7 p.m. Igal told me right away that one of the fridges had a major problem with a big part and recommended to do it through insurance, otherwise it will be expensive. I really appreciated his honesty. He then checked my other refrigerator that was not covered by insurance and found the issue. He came back next morning with the part and fixed the problem. The service was fast and very good, full attention to the client, efficiency, honesty and Very reasonable prices. He literally saved us, as my other refrigerator was only fixed after 50 days through insurance. They are also very accommodating with hours, which makes it easier for people who work. Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended for any type of appliance repair!

Used Speedy for the first time to fix my washing machine and refrigerator. I repeatedly requested an itemized quote via email as I was quoted a high price over the phone and told that parts needed to be ordered. Received no quote, only a vague invoice for a total payment when the work was complete. The work also took several days and there was no communication re: repair time — I had to keep calling them for an update. The appliances did get fixed but due to lack of transparency into billing and no updates on job status, not sure I will use this company again.

Setting up the appointment was very easy and the technician was on time and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. Only the necessary parts were ordered and installed, no upselling to inflate the work. Everything was tested and he cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended.

Company was very speedy in getting initial service call set up. Very accomodating for the date and time of service. Service tech that came was nice but didn’t seem overly confident with what he was doing. Once the quote for the repair was receieved. I asked to take a couple of days to weigh my options. This is where the problems happened.

I have tried 4 times to schedule a repair but every time I call the company, i wither hit voicemail and do not receive a call back, or when i do speak to someone i am told they need to look into some details and will call me back but never do.

Very frustrating as I have already paid them for 1 service call and now I will have to duplicate this expense with another company.

Egal diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. He didn't have a part that he needed, so he came back the next day and fixed the washer. It's now running great.
