Josh quickly located the fault and established the cost of repair against replacing the unit. He gave us good advice for replacement. He fitted the new unit as quickly as possible. We are delighted with the whole procedure and have no trouble recommending him, he is courteous and quickly.

hello Loraine, the best option was to replace the stove and we were happy to have helped in installing the new one. We dont force anyone to go with repairs, we weigh the best options and help the customer make the right choice.
