was unable to diagnose the problem started changing parts and charging wanted cash only left the problem was just as when he came i was ripped off as he suggested more parts at further costs i called another company who fixed the fridge with other parts the parts he was trying to sell would not have repaired it only put me in deeper. i cant ever recommend this company to anybody ever.

You had called our company to look at a fridge, and we sent the technician out. Upon arrival we learned
another company had just come out and replaced many parts and were unable to repair the fridge. We
typically don’t do work after another company as we are not sure what they have done. You provided us
a list of parts this other company replaced, and we advised the inverter board does not have any power,
therefore we will replace that, and if the problem will continue the evap fan motor will need to be
replaced. After replacing the inverter board we advised that the motor needs replacing and you did not
want to proceed even though we had advised you from the beginning this is what needs to be done. We
feel what we offered is more than fair and we gave you plenty of solutions and options yet you declined
every one of them, and chose to write a review. We also offered different payment options, you choose to pay cash and an invoice was issued to you.
