Re Home Inspections

This was the most well done home inspection I have ever gotten. It was easy fallow well laid out. It came with 200 to 300 images and was 75 pages long. Phil had great communication with us always responded right back to us if we had questions. I would definitely us him again!

I am in the process of buying my first home in NS and Phil helped with the process! Professional and thorough. That means he cares. My house needs some work, but I am happy to know it is safe for me to live in. I would highly recommend Phil.

Phil did an outstanding job inspecting my new house. He included over 200 pictures and outlined various areas that needed attention. Everything was examined and tested and he provided details on how to address all issues. He also included several items that may need attention within the next few years. Well worth the price.
