Air Force Duct Cleaning

Over the past few months, we've noticed the family had increased stuffy noses and sneezing. Given public reaction to these symptoms during the pandemic, we decided to get the ducts cleaned and see if that alleviated the symptoms. We've used 416-SoClean some years ago and were happy with the service, so we reached out to them again. Getting a quote online was easy. Booking our appointment was easy online, and 416-SoClean (the affiliate company) called and clarified my requirements and booked us in that day.

Adel and his crew were able to arrive earlier than our booked appointment (they called and checked first to make sure they could show up early). All people who entered our home wore masks and booties throughout the cleaning. They explained everything that they were going to do before they started, and showed us what had been completed once done. They even replaced our furnace filter at no charge!

Again, we are very pleased with the experience and end result. There's a noticeable difference in our home air quality -- no more stuffy noses each morning. The work was done quickly, professionally and courteously. And Air Force Duct Cleaning/416-SoClean doesn't use telemarketing. I highly recommend Air Force Duct Cleaning.

I mistakenly thought we had a heat return to clean, and the team removed it from the work order when they saw there was no heat return to clean.

Adel was able to clear a very clogged dryer vent. He seemed very experienced and was helpful and pleasant. He tried to contain the resulting dust storm and they wore masks and shoe coverings in the house.
