My sewer drain was clogged. I called 3 companies. I explained the problem and what I needed. Sewer Squad answered quickly and made clear specific plans so I could have the service in a timely manner and I knew when they were going to come so I could plan my day, not like other companies who made me wait and who could not commit to a specific time. Mitch who came was very professional, pleasant and did a very good job. He respected our home and left the area clean.
The price was fair, there were no surprises with it and it was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. I value the fact that I was not surprised with any surcharge.
Their staff on the phone was pleasant and very organized. I received information on the phone, email and text which was very practical and efficient.
I will definitely use their services again.
