Jon is amazing, he really knows his stuff! We've been using him for close to a year now for all of our hot tub maintenance. When we were so busy we couldn't keep up he put us on a weekly visit to test our levels and add the required chemicals. It was so worth it to be able to use our hot tub when we could without having any worries. He does our seasonal full drain/clean/refill as needed. Now that we have a little more time on our hands he has given us so much information and education on how to properly care for our hot tub (we had no idea and had done SO MUCH harm to our cover). I would recommend JRD Pool & Spa to anyone with hot tub or pool needs!

Replaced some seals in in our pump and some other small failing parts. Did a full mechanical inspection. Balanced hot tub. JRD Provides phenomenal services and is extremely prompt at a reasonable price.

John was prompt at answering the phone. Quick reply on tests. Knew exactly what I was talking about. Ran through a bunch of diagnostics with me. Eased my worries about my tub freezing up and offered some suggestions to prevent potential problems. Even seemed familiar with my hot tub brand and model despite it being almost 20 years old and original manufacturer having gone out of business years ago. Overall, extremely happy with the service.
