My tub/shower look like new. Kaayla is meticulous and clean. The grout is whiter, the mould is gone, and the caulking is very even and straight. I appreciated the shoe covers and and that she lays down tarps everywhere to collect the dust etc... I also appreciated that her quotes were clear, given up front and that she did not try to raise the price after the fact.

Kaayla was awesome! She is meticulous detailed and a perfectionist. She got rid of all mold and mildew in my shower and it looks brand new! She even showed me how to maintain my shower and tips on avoiding mold. I will be using her again for the other showers in my home! Kaayla the owner of Axia really knows her stuff and is an excellent technician. Our shower looks brand new ! Kaayla fit us into her busy schedule last minute to strip our complicated shower area of all old caulking, fully clean & dry the area, and fully reseal it. This included removal of all sealant, discoloration, and mould. Kaayla worked solidly from 9am - 8pm and did an amazing job. I thought of doing it myself but would have missed many of the details that makes Kaayla's experience so valuable. I would also never have put in all the time required like Kaayla did. We are so glad we hired Kaayla and highly recommend Axia !

We got all our bathrooms ( 2 tubs and a walk-in shower) cleaned and caulked after 15 years of use. After Kaayla's work, they are like brand new. Kaayla was very professional from start to finish. She worked for 2 full days on the showers with lots of attention to detail. There was absolutely no mess left behind.
After seeing Kaayla's work with the showers, we also hired her to deep clean all the tiles in the house (washrooms, kitchen, powder room, foyer and laundry room). Everything is spotlessly clean. We are very impressed with her professional and would recommend her without any hesitation.

The tile and grout on our ground floor needed to be cleaned in the worst way, after 16 years of use, especially in the kitchen and bathroom areas. I hired Axia after reviewing several other service providers and after Kaalya responded quickly to some questions I had. She came on time the day scheduled. I didn't seriously expect that the tile and grout could be returned to like new condition, but that is essentially what Kaala accomplished. Very happy with the result to say the least. I was even more impressed though with something else. There was some minor damage to some kick-plates. I wasn't going to bother with it, but Kaayla absolutely insisted on paying for repairs and made all the necessary arrangements herself. So I'm very happy with the service provided, Kaala's professionalism and her honesty. I would hire her again in a heart beat.
