Kaayla has set the standard for me for any work that i have done to my home in the future. She was an absolute professional in every way, knowledgeable, organized, thorough and respectful. She treats her work area like it was her own home and is happy to answer any and all questions or concerns that may arise throughout the work. She transformed our shower from a space we didnt want to use to something we are proud of and excited to utilize on a daily basis. We are so happy we chose Kaayla and Axia, we will be using them again soon for other areas of our home.

Kaayla went above and beyond my expectations. She arrived promptly, was very professional in her approach and demeanor right down to wearing cloth booties and using clean tarps for her working materials to rest on. She deep cleaned and removed old grout and re-grouted and brought our 20 years old shower stall back to life. I could not imagine this work could take 10 hours but that is how detail oriented and thorough a job she did. Even though it took longer than anticipated, kaayla respected the original quote. I higher reccomeend her company and her work.

The natural stone in my shower stall had developed mold and mildew all over. Kaayla cleaned it thoroughly with great detail. She also soaked the shower head in CLR, making every part of the stall sparkle. Kaayla took the time to explain what she was doing and why the mildew had developed. She left me with instructions on how to care for the stone in order for it to stay clean. Awesome job!

Kaayla is truly, what I would consider, the best. She's an amazing worker and holds impeccable skills. I called Axia cleaning after noticing our downstairs shower was looking grimey and beyond regular cleaning. Kaayla came in and answered all my questions and never showed annoyance when I checked up on her multiple times. I'm already considering Kaayla for our upstairs bathroom refresh as well.
