Kaayla saved me from tossing my kids’ marble top vanity, which was disgusting.. She said “let me do it”....the counter and surround seal looks brand new. She also power washed the master bath shower stall. Floor was grungy....now it looks brand new. These were jobs 3& 4 that Kaayla has done for us. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Kaayla from Axia arrived yesterday to steam clean my tile, grout, seal and replace my silicone caulking in my master ensuite shower stall. She did an amazing fantastic job!!. I am so pleased with the way my shower stall looks, it looks like its brand new!! She provided such great customer service and right from the being explained everything prior to starting the job in detail of what was going to be done. She even went above and beyond to make sure I was completed satisfied before she left. She is very detail oriented and conscientious in the way she performs her job and takes such pride in making sure she has done a great job. She is also very meticulous in the way the end result should look like and has such great work ethics and wonderful customer service. She even recommended a few products for me to use and provided me with some of her cleaning product line to use.
She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I will be using her services in the near future as well to steam clean my carpets. Thank you again Kaayla!!!!

Our tiler left us with a difficult problem that we asked Axia to help solve for us. The corners of our new shower were crooked and mismatched, and we needed a few specific beads of black silicone in our newly constructed shower that would match the same thickness of our black grout lines and cover the problem. Kaayla took the time to solve the problem, and delivered us impeccable work that we're very, very pleased with.
In addition to this work, she finished off all the remaining siliconing and caulking that needed to be completed.

I googled “bathroom”, “grouting”, “Thornhill” and Axia was the result. Being a bit of a skeptic, I threw a lot of questions at Kaayla. What impressed me the most was her response time to my inquiry for a quote. What blew me away was her service. Kaayla does all the work herself and is extremely meticulous. She did not leave until she was completely satisfied and paid attention to every detail. She made sure that both my husband and I checked her work and that we were both satisfied....which we are. Had regular guck that builds up over time and shower was looking very old and tired. After cleaning was done it looks just as good as the first day! Very clean and very professional work.

We needed our shower walls and tiles on the ceiling cleaned. We also needed deep cleaning on the kitchen floor. Kaylaa was nothing but professional and very knowledgeable about everything related to the project. She is very punctual, finished the project on time and was very realistic about what to expect as it related to the outcome. Kaalya was very friendly and professional and spent over four hours working hard to restore the tiles and grout back to brand new. The grout is now back to light grey from dark grey/black in some areas - like the day I moved in 14 years ago. After completing extensive redecoration of every room in my suite over the last year, this was the finishing touch!

Kaayla was meticulous, professional and prompt. She restored the grout in our main bathroom and it looks brand new. The previous company did a very sloppy job and did not repair the grout as promised. She took lots of time matching colours, filling in gaps and doing a clean silicone line.

All products are natural -- there was no smell and the sealant colour choice she offered was fabulous. She took time to dry things out and dealt with the mold she found. She left us with a grout cleaner and two squeegees which was very nice.
