Today I had a very good experience with the “Fix it right Garage Doors”. One of the torsion spring on my garage door broke and the door stop moving. I was lucky to get same day service on my third call to garage repair companies. That was “Fix it right Garage Doors”. Within 3 hours a team of two technicians was ringing my doorbell. Shawn and Josh quickly examined garage door and got to the work right away. Both springs were replaced in about 45 minutes. In addition, Shawn recommended me to replace rollers, which were pretty old and may cause some problems in the near future. I’m very happy with this professional and friendly service, and I’m excited it is covered by a 5 year warranty. I would absolutely recommend them for the garage door service and repair.

The door arrived when promised and the installation was carried out with meticulous attention to detail, including overcoming challenges posed by the installation of new soffit boards installed after the measurements were taken at the time of my order. Shawn and the team have been nothing short of outstanding. We had a fairly complicated situation, which resulted in a fixed panel being required as well as an up and over door.Shawn spent a huge amount of time, genuinely keen to ensure that the end result, including floor tiles, measurements, and overall fit was 100% correct.
