It was a delight making arrangements for the hardwood floor job with Jason. He’s highly technology savvy and we handled all communication using the HomeStars site and texting. I find that a lot of contractors want to do everything over the phone and I’m simply not available to do that given my job which involves being in front of an audience, in meetings, or on video conference calls. Jason’s consultation on the colour of the stain was very helpful. Despite challenges, like needing to get an electrician to install 220 service which the sanding equipment requires, Jason and his assistant worked hard to make up time. They did a great job on the floors and generated very little dust thanks to the excellent extraction systems they used. We’re having them come back to complete a couple of sets of stairs and one last bedroom.
