Mold Solutions did a great job in my garage and closet! Great communication and punctuality during the entire removal. Work was great and excellent clean up!

Carpet in the spare room was a bit damp near the corner of a wall. Allan came over and quickly identified where the water leak was coming from. After the no-cost inspection he provided a quote and was able to come a few days later to complete the job. Not only did they remove the carpet, the drywall, the baseboard and clean the mould but just as importantly they did a great job re-insulating the portion of the wall, putting up new drywall and repainting to put the room back to exactly how it looked before. Not only was the workmanship great but the professionalism of both Allan and his team was even better. Hopefully we never have another mould problem but if we do I would contact mould solutions Canada every time.

Alan and his crew were great - very professional, everything was done exactly as promised. The work was done on a house we purchased, and the difference in how the place smelled before and after was night and day - the results were amazing. They remediated / removed several areas of mold growth, HEPA vacuumed, did a fogging treatment and wiped down all surfaces. Will definitely be calling the crew back for the HEPA vacuum service only following the remodel work.

While on site the team worked diligently to remove impacted material and remediate the area. They tarped off the area and made sure both the working and living environments were separated and safe. Al and team took time to explain what they were doing and why, and what we should watch out for in the future. I would highly recommend MSC to anyone concerned they may have a mold or asbestos issue.
