Master Roof Repair

I called Jay based on the limited reviews that I was able to see on-line. He answered my call quickly and was up front about pricing and did a cursory look of my home using Street View.
Came out to take a look at the condition and provided what I felt was an honest assessment of the work required and a reasonable quote. Returned a few days later and completed the work and did some additional repairs as required for a nominal extra cost. Felt like he was very honest and conscientious.

I called master roof repair as I noticed a few of the shingles on my roof were loose and about to fall off. Jay texted me with a quote after I sent a couple pictures and came in the next day right on time. He replaced not only the loose shingles, but noticed a couple more shingles were missing. He also hammered back in the screw for a gutter that was popping out. All this, for the same price he quoted me over the phone. Would highly recommend.

After a leak into my sons room over the holidays, we were in a hurry to find someone to fix our roof. I found Master Roof repair online and it was a stroke of luck. Jay came out immediately to assess and was able to commit to fixing it before the next rain fall, despite it being New Years. I was very happy with his work, his customer service and he is a nice guy who values his customers. I will use Jay again for other roof issues.

After some terrible winds the other day, I found some shingles on my driveway. After contacting several roofing companies and getting unreasonable quotes, I contacted Jay at Master Roof Repair. Jay asked me to take a picture of the damage and he gave me a very reasonable quote. He came the same day I contacted him and he repaired my roof. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. I feel like a weight has been taken off my shoulders and I highly recommend this company.

You know those jobs you dread dealing with? Those eyesores that nag at you year after year, but just seem too frustrating? The kind of thing that you say, "Ya, I know I should deal with that, but ... [your excuse here]"?

That was our shed roof. Year after year, season after season, we'd be finding chunks of shingle blown across the back yard. What was once an annoyance eventually became a nuisance, and evolved in a full-on urgent situation when we started getting more and more water damage inside the shed.

So I solicited a few quotes. And as I expected, some were crazy high, some contractors were incredibly vague, some took days and days to respond. And then there was Jay ...

Jay was very flexible to work around our family schedule, and when the day came the team was in and out in under 3 hours.

The work was high quality, the conduct professional, the attitude friendly, and the shed roof looks fantastic!

My only complaint now is that with the roof looking so good, I'm going to have to repaint the rest of the shed to look as good as the roof.

Our upstairs was significantly warmer than the other floors in the house. Jay from Master Roof Repair identified that the roof vents we had were not sufficient to allow the hot air to escape. Jay responded to me within 20 minutes of our request for a quote and the work was done 3 days later!

This company has extraordinary customer service. They provided same day service between Christmas and New Years, provided a very competitive estimate of the work required and effected the repair to the roof immediately. Very knowledgeable and professional. I have some additional work which will need to be done in the spring and will definitely contact Jay for this!
