If you are looking for a great contractor.....one that does a good job, does it efficiently and for a fair price, look no further. I met with 6 contractors before choosing Evan and his crew. I am so happy I did! They did an amazing job renovating my basement. Evan is extremely professional, honest, courteous and communicative. He always let me know about any problems that would arise, gave great solutions, and kept me updated on progress. The hardworking crew worked tirelessly, and were incredibly efficient, finishing the entire job in just 4 weeks. They made thoughtful decisions and suggestions and were very thorough. Evan does quality work and has high standards....he will let you know if he thinks something will look bad! He also threw in some great free upgrades: extra pot lights, dimmer switches plus they replaced the old plumbing to the main floor without being asked. We stayed on budget and Evan was very helpful on more than one occasion when I was in a bind! When they finished the job, the house was neat and tidy and clean....not a trace of construction material was left behind. The workmanship and professionalism that Evan and his team provided was exemplary . From our first meeting i realized that Evan was thorough and honest while explaining my options in a respectful manner. He explained everything and answered all my concerns diligently and always went out of his way to make me happy with whatever work i required. While constructing and remodelling everything from bathrooms to flooring Evan made sure that i was aware of the costs involved and tried to keep my costs down. In doing so he did not compromise making my house into something beautiful and his workmanship was not left unnoticed by friends and neighbours who asked me for his number for future work. Surprisingly, Evan afforded me a lot of latitude regarding when i needed to start and worked around my schedule from beginning to completion. This was amazing as i have rarely seen this in most of my previous renovations where there were many delays. Evan made sure that everything was prompt and responded to my texts quickly. As i added more and more work Evan was responsive and priced the additional work at a reasonable cost which provided me with great comfort. I will never use anyone else for my future work and regard honesty, respect and detailed workmanship as defining attributes that Evan and his crew possess . I will be referring them to everyone.

Evan and his team did an amazing job renovating our kitchen! We have used them in the past for our bathrooms and did not hesitate to call them back for the kitchen. They were very diligent, cleaned up the site after each day and completed the work on time. I have already recommended them to family and friends!
Update:
Have been having problems with the grout cracking on the kitchen floor since the installation of the floor tiles. Evan and his team came back to evaluate and they have fixed the problem. It has been several weeks now, but so far so good. Thanks Evan for having dealt with this matter quickly.

We hired Evan and his team to do convert our partitioned Toronto semi's first floor into an open concept, plus redo the second floor bath.

For the first floor, Evan's team removed the load supporting walls and sistered the joists, as well as adding pot lights, insulating the ceiling, patching in the flooring, painting the entire first floor and second floor hallway, plus replacing all the baseboards. He completed the job to the engineer's spec, working closely with city inspector to make sure everything was per the permit.

For the bathroom, Evan gutted it to the studs, with all new tiles, materials and fixtures. We asked Evan to move the doorway and add a barn door as well.

We are so completely happy with the work the team did. Evan was always prompt and incredibly friendly and accommodating to all of our requests, questions, revisions and tweaks on the job. As we changed our mind a few times on baseboards or other details, Evan didn't once hesitate to make it work for us, making sure that we were happy with results. We were always comfortable in the team's hands.

We're already hiring the team to redo the second bathroom in the basement and would very easily and quickly consider him for any home renos in the future.

They have done an astonishing job. Very helpful, very project oriented.
They finished as promised even though we ended up adding a lot more to the original plan.

My wife & I just finished a whole home renovation with Evan and his team at Jiang's Home Renovation, and we could not be happier with our choice of contractor, how this project went and the finished product. The quality of work was top notch, Evan and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty, were a pleasure to work with, finished on time and on budget and just completely eliminated any worry we might have had going into a project of this size and nature. We've all heard the home improvement horror stories. It's natural to worry going into a project like this about all of the things that could possibly go wrong, but Evan and his team quickly put any such fears to rest. They were fabulous and I would give them ten stars if I could. If we ever have another home renovation project to do, a call to Evan is the only one I will make. We had water damage in our basement, and luckily Jiang's home renovations was able to take a few days from their busy schedule to help me right away. Evan was prompt, professional, knowledgeable. They were efficient and organized. They know what they are doing for sure. During the renovation they even helped me fix some mistakes that that my previous contractors had done. After the job was done they cleaned up our basement and garage nicely. It's a family run business and they do it with pride and integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We used the service from Jiangs Home Renovation to renovate our newly purchased townhouse. The renovation work includes tiling the kitchen floor, removing the tubs and building shower rooms in two bathrooms, tiling the floor of two bathrooms and one powder room, plumbing, installing toilets and bathroom fixtures, installing all the new appliances including range hood, installing ceiling lights and painting all the walls including basement. Evan and team did a great job. Evan provided a very detailed and clear list of work for the estimation. The price is reasonable and the documentation is very professional. The team worked very hard and they are also very nice. They protected our floors carefully during the work and left a clean house after the work. The work was done on schedule with very good quality. My wife and I are very satisfied and appreciate the excellent job done by Evan and his team.

Evan is an honest and straight forward person.His crew members are very hard working and punctual in job.He finished his work as per schedule and they do not need any supervision.They finished their work as they promised.They do not mind to do some small alterations which are not in their original scope of work.Evan is very prompt in responding to text messages.
