We have heard so many horrible renovation stories and when we decided to give our 11-year old house a face-lift, we were both excited and worried. We planned to renovate the whole second floor, including two bedrooms and a bathroom that was completely gutted.

We requested quotes from 5 contractors. Evan Jiang from Jiangs Home Renovation Inc provided the most detailed quote with individual item breakdown and during the quotation process, visited us 3 times to provide various explanation and clarification.

It was Evan’s sincerity, honesty and knowledge that won us over the other contractors. The renovation started on June 4, and it was finished on June 21, more than a week ahead of schedule. The crew included Louis, Daniel, Kelvin, Xiao Wu and Evan himself. The crew team was truly amazing. They are very approachable, courteous, knowledgeable and flexible. With us being first-time renovators, we had lots of questions and requests that one could even say more like demands. But no matter what we asked for, they would come up with ideas and I heard more than once from the crew, “doing extra work is not a problem, as long as you are happy with the result”. This is totally client orientated with a work attitude that is second to none. We believe we are very picky people and we found the finishing was exquisite and the attention to details and workmanship were meticulous.

Other than the unavoidable dust, the crew kept our house reasonably clean. They would tidy up the place and their work tools at the end of each day. They were punctual and work hours were 9:30am to 7:30pm.

As each payment was made, Evan would send the invoice immediately without being asked.

The project was completed as requested, within budget, and ahead of schedule.

I remember Evan said before the start of renovation that we had high expectations but the crew had exceeded our expectation. We would recommend Jiangs Home Renovation Inc to our friends and family, and we would definitely call them back for our next renovation.

Evan and his team completed two bathroom renovations for us and both turned out exactly as we had envisioned. Evan is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We will definitely be working with him again in the future.

We are first time home owners and are happy to have had Evan's team to do a complete remodeling of our newly purchased home. Initially the project started as a basement finishing, but we ended up also replacing the floors and redoing the bathroom on the main floor. As first time home owners we were not sure what to expect, but Evan was very honest and and even offered suggestions on how we could make the best use of our space. The quoted price was very competitive and his team worked based on the project, not by the hour. Often times they came in on the weekends to continue working, which clearly demonstrated the work ethic. Evan provided great value for the price, and the quality of work met our expectations. He made sure any of our concerns were promptly addressed and made every effort to satisfy us. Overall we were impressed with him and his team and will be sure be repeat customers!

We had our basement renovated by Jiangs Home Renovation. Evan's crew are hardworking and very knowledgeable about their trades and are always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done right. Evan provided us with excellent customer service. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had about the renovation and provided solutions. We would highly recommend using Jiangs Home Renovation for any project.

Evan and the team did a wonderful job transforming my outdated living room into a modern looking bed/living room, and insulating the floor through the ceiling of the garage which is right underneath to protect the subfloor. They worked very hard to ensure the completion of insulation before the weather became too cold. Part of the bedroom work involved the construction of a wall for which they provided me with many design ideas. Later on they had to redo some works as the result of me changing my plan. They didn't have any complaint; but happily made the change for me. They always cleaned the work place thoroughly even if they already worked late.
In all it was a great experience and I definitely recommend Evan's team.

My husband and I hired Jiang's Home for a whole house reno project. We had a very good experience with Jiang's . For our project, the team was led by one project manager and a crew of 4 to 5 technicians and workers. For almost everything we requested, they were able to get done for us. Their price is reasonable yet the quality of work is great. Their customer service is excellent! The project manager is considerate and often provided professional advice to us that was helpful. They also provided a number of additional services to us with no charge. Completion of project was timely except a minor delay that was out of the team's control and it was communicated well to us. Overall, I was happy with the team. I would recommend Jiang's Home!

We hired Jiangs to do a landscaping project at our house. We wanted to fix the grading of our backyard (which was very bad), install interlocking in the backyard and around the house, and to place several raised flower beds around the property. We got quotes from several contractors, and in the end decided to hire Benny and his crew. The price was pretty good, and we are very pleased with how the job turned out. We found Benny easy to work with, he kept true to all his promises and accommodated various changes and additions to the project here and there, some even at no charge to us. The whole job took five days – exactly as we were told when quoted.

Benny’s entire crew (four guys) was courteous and respectful; they checked with us at various times during the project to make sure that we were happy, and they cleaned up the property very well after the job. There was a lot of dirt (because of the bad grading) and old stone to be removed. They brought a big container on site and hauled it all away, along with other stuff from around the house that we wanted gone.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any landscaping work. We could not be any happier with the final result!
