Magnum Construction renovated our kitchen from ordinary and outdated to Wow! Yosef had some great ideas that we would have never come up with on our own to help us get the space and function we wanted. We removed one window, made another one bigger, expanded all the counters, and installed new cupboards to the ceiling. We added additional pot lights, lights inside beautiful, frosted glass-fronted cupboards, and along with amazing under-the-cabinet lighting, they all worked together to change the feel of the entire space. When things were not quite right, Yosef fixed them in a timely manner without complaint. Yosef was super receptive to our input, responded quickly and in detail to our myriad of questions, and was always pleasant and professional. Magnum Construction was very affordable, kept the project on schedule, and did quality work. Not only have we recommended Magnum Construction to friends, but we also hope to use them again for additional home renovations. Its nice to find a local contractor who is reliable, trustworthy, conscientious, and personable.

I was referred to Magnum through a friend of mine who spoke very highly of Magnum ...I had multiple previous experiences with contractors and none of them was a good one...so I tried Magnum for an unfinished basement, where we had to create a full bathroom from scratch and a storage room with a washer and a dryer.... Magnum proved to be the best of many others. Created a new definition for excellence and professionalism... very knowledgeable and very detail oriented... they do everything with passion and make sure its perfect. Magnum Construction recently completed a multi room project at our home which consisted of complete renovations of our kitchen, family room and three bathrooms. The project was completed on time and within the budget. We could not be more pleased with the work done by all of the subcontractors and it is hard to put into words our feelings towards the project manager Yosef. He went above and beyond our expectations and did so with the minimum amount of stress on us. When problems were encountered Yosef reacted quickly to rectify them.

The project was significant with the replacement of cabinets, countertops, and bathroom fixtures. We were very pleased with the quality of the materials, and no corners were cut in the workmanship. In addition, Magnum undertook special custom work including building a feature wall with built in cabinets and shelving to contain our oversized built in gas fireplace. The project also included new built in LED lighting through all of the rooms and a complete replumbing of the whole house to remove the original poly B piping.

I hired Magnum Construction services to install a new bathtub and tile surround in my condo bathroom. They did an excellent job. Yosef did a fabulous job on our ensuite bathroom. It looks AMAZING - I feel like I'm in a spa! He had drop cloths from the front door up into our bedroom. The bedroom furniture was covered in plastic. He took great care with our possessions. He and his crew were professional. We are so happy and can't wait to show our bathroom off to our friends!! The owner came out and gave a quote - and had two phone consults prior to. He is excellent in terms of customer service and showing up. I ended up completeing reno myself - my budget got squeezed in the interim - but felt that they would do a good job. I write this as other competitiors either did not respond or kept me hanging and then declined to bid. Vancouver is very competitive right now.
Any how they have my vote!
