Arash is very experienced at renovating bathrooms and has a well organized system to streamline decision making. He was very clear about what the costs would be and what was included. He provided resources to enable me to quickly select the components of the new bathroom.
The work was on schedule (with only very slight delays due to COVID) and the team kept our home clean while working. I appreciated that he was willing to include other minor touchups that were unrelated to the bathroom. The end result was of very high quality. Arash was always accessible and willing to provide help and advice as needed. Highly recommend!

This was our second time engaging Summit Contractors. We had water damage to our hardwood floors in the kitchen and needed to replace the affected area with new tiles. We originally learned about Summit Contractors by reading the positive reviews online and after some due diligence decided to try them. We are thrilled with our master bathroom renovation, which exceeded expectations. It is gorgeous, functional and built with long-term quality in mind.

Arash and his team were friendly, courteous and professional. We were impressed that Arash kept us informed every step of the way, and was easy to reach by text, phone or email. The project was completed quickly considering the extensive scope, with tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, framers, tilers and painters) scheduled at our home almost every day, putting in a full day's work, and doing a top quality job on the renovation.

Having a lot of renovation experience, the team was able to answer all of our questions and provide advice and suggestions along the way, which we would not have thought of on our own. Considering the high-end work that was performed, the price we paid was extremely fair. We feel that we got fantastic value.

Upon their arrival, Summit covered our existing broadloom and flooring with a protective sheet to ensure that the surfaces remained clean. They also erected a zip-up plastic enclosure around our master bedroom, to keep dust and debris out of the place that we sleep. Worksite garbage was thrown out nightly into the large dumpster that was ordered to manage the debris.

We would highly recommend Summit Contractors if you are considering similar work. This was our first "big renovation" and we are happy that we hired Arash and his team. We are so pleased, in fact, that we are having them quote five other household projects.

Summit Contracting did an excellent job gutting and renovating our bathroom. It's an old home with a small bathroom and they ran into structural issues which the framer and the plumbers were able to rectify so that it is now structurally sound as well as looking great. Arash guided the whole project and is always quick to respond to phone calls and e-mails. And the people he hires are all skilled and respectful. They took care and didn't rush and left our home clean and tidy. Even though I was a bit nervous because of the pandemic it all worked out beautifully.

After reviewing several prospective contractors, we went Summit and were not disappointed. Like the other reviews for Summit, Arash and his team delivered a beautiful bathroom renovation - on time and on budget. Having said this, the most rewarding part of the experience was feeling completely comfortable dealing with Summit, with Arash the driving force behind this.
