I've never seen anything like this. After six months and 10 hours of my time spread over 9 calls to their field rep and head office I still do not have the equipment they agreed to. Worse, when I went to schedule the maintenance that was clearly identified in the agreement I signed they told me I needed a more expensive plan, which they backtracked on when I asked them to cancel. Now they are refusing to cancel the plan unless I pay $90 even thought they have done absolutely nothing they agreed to. Just awful.
