Unprofessional customer service
They need to train their agents better and professionally. Agents are rude and doesn’t give the customer to talk for a second. I installed cameras that worked well for 30days as soon the subscription ended from Nest I’m not getting any notifications. I was transferred to Nest by SSH agents and wasted 1weeks worth of time trouble shooting. now I called again they are saying it’s not their fault and they’ve to send their electrician for this matter. The agent said 10days Trail time is when I should have cancelled my service . If something works what reason do I’ve to cancel and now it is not working so why should I continue to pay for the service? Please do not go with the provider. They say something to get the customer once the customer is hooked with their services that’s when they start giving them tough time. When signing up for the services they didn’t break down all these hidden information. Terrible and dishonest customer service. It’s not worth your money to get the service from them... please take my word for it!
