Got in touch with Alex and communication was very simple and amazing. No surprises. Day of the driveway seal, Alex was very professional, organized and courteous. And the job was simply amazing. Was so happy with how courteous and professional Alex was... decided to use his team once again, this time, doing landscaping which includes interlocking a portion of the backyard and a couple of retaining walls for our garden bed.. and once again.. he and his team did not disappoint.. the work was simply amazing but most importantly it was ON TIME... and the place was kept tidy and clean ALL THE TIME!!! .... Saw a few Seal-It signs in my area and requested a quote from Alex. From the time I met Alex he measured the property and provided a detailed quote in an email, explaining all the work required and all the products used and time it would take to complete the job. After agreeing on this quote he completed the job as detailed. One day to pressure wash the interlocking, one day to seal the asphalt driveway and add sand to the interlocking stone and a third day to apply the finish coat to the interlocking. On each occasion he was there when stated and completed the work using professional equipment and cleaned up his work site. I would highly recommend the services from Alex and look forward to using him again when these services are required again. AAA Service

The stamped concrete in the backyard around the swimming pool was in a disastrous state after a harsh winter. I couldn't believe that it will look shiny and clean as it is now, Alex did a great job, I'm pleased with the result and how much he cares about his customer's satisfaction. I'll definitely use his service again.

Alex did a great job sealing my driveway. He was very friendly and explained throughout what he is doing and why. He knew his job throughly. He cleaned the weeds along the edge of driveway, spotless. Power blowed all the debris from the driveway, filled couple of minor cracks and applied a nice coat of a oil based water repeleant asphalt sealer. Driveway looks lot neater than it was before.

The work was done quickly and professionally. Preparation was exceptional including weed cleanup along all borders. Particular care was given to ensure absolutely no overspray. The product is long lasting 2 years for sure, product still looks good.

Excellent job. Good communication and professional. Showed up on time and finished quickly.

We are pleased to provide feedback on services provided by Seal-It Property Services Inc. In the week of July 8, 2019 on two days the work included power washing and sealing in large area of interlocking stone, cleaning out overgrowth between stones in a separate area and sealing it and then driveway sealing. The work was done well, on time and on budget with no additional charges or fees. The Owner and his staff were professional and pleasant to deal with and we will definitely call on them again.

I contacted Seal It after seeing one of their signs on a neighboring property. I’ve literally been looking around for 2 years to find a company that would actually fix my interlocking stone front step. Over the years it has sunk and sagged and was looking pretty bad. I had a number of contractors out to look at it and no one would actually tear it down and build it back up again. Everyone wanted to install brand new steps and I saw estimates in the $4000 - $6000 range. Well finally I contacted Alex and Seal who agreed to fix them. After providing me with a reasonable estimate, they showed up and did the work. The step looks great again and for a fraction of the price of new steps. Very professional service, my front step looks great again and I’m a very happy customer. BTW, I had them seal my driveway at the same time. It looks great also.

Remove driveway, footpath , raised flowerbed and walled river rock feature.
Re-level footpath and access to rear garden , grade, compact and install stone pavers.
Prepare area for planting, Re-level grass area and re-sod as necessary.
Repave driveway with stone paver borders.
Rebuild retaining wall in back garden, clear flower bed of all weeds, prune all bushes as required and remove unwanted plants as directed
Dig-Over flower beds , grade and add topsoil as required.
Grade and compact gravel patio and add new gravel as required, secure foundation of retaining wall.
