Alex provided a quote from measurements and some photos texted to him, making quoting quick and easy. He filled all cracks and sealed our driveway beautifully. No overspray. On time (actually ahead of schedule, with our approval). Easy eTransfer payment. Excellent service! We'll be calling again in a year or two when it needs to be re-done.

Work was very well done. I was always contacted in advance of the crew’s arrival and the work was always done right on time over a 3 day period to allow wash and dry time. Alex ( crew manager) was always polite and helpful with all the questions I had and also made some good suggestions I had not considered for future treatments, care and maintenance. Great care was taken not to overspray into gardens and the pool. Alex would do little extras without hesitation when requested eg. exposed side foundation wall, extra coats on sensitive areas and high traffic areas. Great care was also exercised in moving furniture and plant containers, etc.so as not to cause damage. After job was completed Alex made sure everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction before finalizing the work done. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex/“Seal-It “ to anyone requiring similar work.

Alexander and his team recently completed my interlocking driveway re-surfacing and sealing and although we had some minor surface blemishes thereafter (possibly caused by moisture), upon contact he immediately returned and re-applied an emulsion coating which has to date been very effective and solved the problem. I was very impressed with his follow-up calls to ensure all work met my satisfaction and recommend his company highly for driveway re-surfacing/sealing, paving stone repair or other related work.

p.s. The same driveway blemish problem happened with a previous driveway sealing company who completely ignored our repeated requests for correction and foolishly blamed my driveway problem on my neighbors.

I hired SEAL-IT Property Services Inc. to power wash my interlocking stone driveway in order to remove the grass and weeds growing in between the stones. Alex did a wonderful job. He responded immediately to my inquiry, came the next day to power wash and the following day to sand and seal the driveway. Very efficient and quality service. I hired Alex to fix my backyard interlocking which had a lot of weeds, and a few uneven steps in the backyard and also under the front porch. After talking to Alex when he came to check out to provide an estimate, I also decided to go for some landscaping in the backyard.
