Ilia and team did a great job replacing five windows. We requested natural wood casing, and Ilia improvised well to get us a beautiful solution, whereas other window companies we had spoken with were not so thoughtful and responsive to what we wanted.

I am so happy with my new front door. The quality is top notch and it looks beautiful. I was so impressed by the fast turn around time in getting my previous door replaced following a break in we had. The Window Depot Canada installers even helped secure my home while the new door was being constructed. The whole process was extremely efficient and the install date was exact as I was quoted. I got the exact style of door I was looking for, with multiple colours to match my existing interior and exterior paint colours. I am very impressed to see the quality of the door construction and the new 3 point lock system provides my house with superior security. I would highly recommend using Windows Depot Canada and will use them again in the future to replace my aging doors and windows.

Ilia from Window Depot Canada came to our home and provided us with a detailed quote of the recommended window choices for each room of our entire home. Ilia spent an incredible amount of time discussing his product quality and a variety of window options and answered our many questions in full detail. The referral of this company came from a neighbour who had used his company for two of his properties and was thoroughly satisfied with the window selections, installation and the cost. We had our windows installed by the same company and are overjoyed with the window qualify, functionality and appearance. The window installers did an incredible and precise job with each installation and trimmed each one perfectly inside and outside. We changed our windows from double pain to triple glaze which meant that a-lot of work was required to finish and trim the exterior of each window. The installers removed and disposed the old windows on our behalf and did an incredible job of the property clean-up from the debris. I would highly recommend using this company for window replacements and would especially recommend contacting Ilia to guide you through the window selection and installation process. He and his team were wonderful and so professional to work with. We are so proud of our upgraded and updated home that now has had a facelift from the original windows that were installed when the home was built in 1964. Window Depot replaced all the windows as well as the front door and installed two new glass sliding doors. They did an incredible job, I couldn't be happier.

Three years ago I had two windows replaced and was so pleased with the design and installation I wanted to replace the others. Ilia provided guidance on the best windows in two bedrooms plus what to do with a large living room window which didnt function well. Having shutters on all my windows I thought would be a huge obstacle but they made it work. I ended up getting a sliding patio door which was custom made to replace the awkwardly designed living room window. 40 yr old windows have all been replaced now with energy efficient and self cleaning windows. Window Depot had replaced very window in my house now plus many windows for my neighbours. Its great when you have a company you can trust to do the work on time and so well. Highly recommend.
