BEWARE!!! I was pressured into signing up in July 2016. Salesperson did not mention anything about the 8 yr. term of the contract. I do remember him mentioning that they would install it for free (I subsequently learned that by selecting that option I agreed to the 8 yr term). I'm trying to get out of it but they say I need to pay $600 and a $190 removal fee. I already had it removed when I installed a new water softener. Still dealing with them. Very misleading and high pressure sales tactics.
Do not get pressured into their high pressure slaes tactic.
