Amazing work by Joseph! He was responsive right from the start when I needed to get the estimate. He's clearly customer focused as he got back to me within a day, and came to see the project unlike others who either gave me a quote without seeing the floors or just priced out the project based on pictures. He made it clear what he could do and when and his pricing was very reasonable. He started work on time (every day), did exactly what he promised to do (and even some extra when asked) and would constantly check-in with me at critical stages to make sure I was happy with progress. He left the worksite clean every day, and on wrapping up the work, again cleaned up perfectly. To say that I'm happy with his work would be an understatement - so much so that we're already exploring another project involving a refinishing of my stairs and I'm sure that too will go just as well as this one - looking forward to working with Joseph again!
