My old air con had slow freon leak. My old HVAC company cannot fix it after multiple attempts. It is time to replace the air con. I request price quotes in HomeStars. One had higher price; one did not even bother to reply. Ones salesman said they only sell high-end products. Pro Climate offered a reasonable price. They answered my online questions quickly and Armando spent time with me going through different options. They also have a 3-year warranty on labour while all others have only one-year warranty on labour. The choice is obvious. On the installation date, two technicians came and did the installation. So far, the unit works well and is quieter than the one I had before. The only criticism I have is if the technicians cleaned up better after their work, it would be perfect, but this is only a very minor issue. I would recommend Pro Climate to my friends because their price is reasonable, product is good, installation was well done.

Very transparent, informative and knowledgeable quotation process. Armand explained not only the equipment he was proposing, but also competitors proposed installation. Government eco grant programs were explained as well as how the installation would be covered under those programs. As the house size was pushing the limit in terms of what the system could achieve, there were some modifications required. We were well advised as to what were unnecessary items and were able to apply some improvements in filtering with those savings. Installation was as promised, the installers were punctual to the minute, very clean and mindful and installation was done in a very efficient manner, within the timelines that had been mentioned in the quotation.
Fast forward, one month in. Although it's not been the hottest summer, we've had some spells. Cooling efficiency has been great. Ecobee thermostat has needed some learning but it is all good now. Operational noise is minimal, both outside and in. And the first hydro bill has looked promising.
All in all great job, guys, very happy customer here.

We are extremely thankful for everything that the Pro Climate Team did for us during a cold snap last week, when we encountered a carbon monoxide issue, due to a malfunctioning heat exchanger in our old furnace!

It was also excellent to deal with the knowledgeable and courteous crew, who undertook the installation (Mehrdad/Sam, Ali). They performed a fast and elegant installation with high workmanship standards, professionalism, attention to detail, cleanness and consideration.
They removed the old furnace, installed a more efficient new one, replaced the old (black) exhaust pipe by a new one (white) and introduced a separate intake pipe (white) for better furnace performance. In addition, they replaced the humidifier line with a new one and improved the draining system.
Finally, at the end of a long and tiring day, they took the time to thoroughly clean up the work area and take with them all the old equipment, containers and old tubing parts.

Needless to say, we are happy to highly recommend Pro Climate to anyone who needs HVAC equipment installation or repair, as we believe that they will get an exceptional level of service at a very competitive price.

Dealt with Rozhin, she walked me thru sizes and options for the AC unit needed for my home. We booked the job, and even though we are in a heat wave, they booked me within three days.
