Replaced shingles with BP Mystique, new plywood where rotted, new metal valleys and flashing, metal and plastic vents, synthetic under layer. Work was done very well, good cleanup afterwards, and looks great.

The only Roofer who came out that said my neighbour’s upper sloped roof was fine and had lots of life left. As a Registered Home Inspector, I knew this. Kind, polite, efficient and on time, they did a lovely job and left the place immaculate after a hard day of work. It was a Challenging Roof with limited access, but they rose to the challenge. Congratulations! I can’t tell you how hard it was to get contractors out to take on this job. Your work ethic is second to none. P.S. Thank you for removing all that debris left behind by a past tenant. You saved me a real headache.
