I had S&S Cleanings come just one time so far but they are by far the best cleaning crew Ive ever had here. They are THOROUGH and go above and beyond. They just came yesterday and Im still finding things they cleaned and am surprised they went that granular to make my house shine. We have three kids and three cats, a lot of messy hobbies, and a lot of carpeted rooms. When they were done the house felt ready to show as if it were going on the market haha. Honestly, they were great, and Sophie was so kind and funny. Definitely hiring them again!

S&S Cleaning is great! I requested a maid service and they replied to me quickly with a confirmation. Sophie was great! They showed up on time as they promised and worked super efficiently, thorough, and was very professional. In addition to being great cleaning my apartment, they also had a wonderful personality and was extremely helpful and positive. I highly recommend-- I will use this company again for sure.

We moved into our apartment only to find that our landlord hadn't cleaned it professionally beforehand, and it was filthy. We called around to find a same-day cleaning service and this was the first service we found that had someone available that same afternoon and didn't charge a fortune. S&S Cleanings crew showed up just on time . They did a fabulous job cleaning our apartment. They were efficient thorough, friendly, and made the place sparkling clean. We're grateful to have found Sophies team!
Highly recommended them

Very punctual and professional. I was so stressed as I had no idea when I can get the key to the new house and if the ladies can accommodate a late night job. But Sophie and her team are so flexible and accommodating. They made it so much less stressful for me and gave us a house we are very comfortable moving into.

I cant more emphatically recommend the entire staff and crew at S&S Cleaning. Exceptional people at reasonable prices, highly attentive and detail oriented with excellent communication skills. The cleaning service was disappointing there was still dog hair between the banners on the railings. Dirt in the corners of the rooms near baseboards. Brought a carpet shampoo vacuum with no shampooing soap. Quoted $280-300 but billed $400. Overall disappointing.

I booked a deep-cleaning service after an initial phone conversation with Sophie. Unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations. However, Sophie has since tried to make it right.

The Positives:
+ Sophie was very quick to communicate. She called me and gave me a thorough run-down of S&S Cleaning's "Deep Clean" service, and then followed up very quickly with an e-mail that confirmed what we had spoken about. She also provided a price of $45 per cleaner per hour for 2.5-3 hours, for a total of $225-$270.

+ She was very responsive to texts in the days leading up to the clean, and when I asked if we needed to do anything prior to the cleaners arriving, she said "they will do everything top top bottom!" Based on my interactions with Sophie, I felt confident it was going to be a good experience.

+ The ladies did a good job cleaning the bathroom shower, sinks, and bathtub. The floors appear to have been cleaned well too, as were most surfaces.

+They cleaned the inside of the fridge.

The Negatives:
- When the cleaning crew arrived, they seemed unsure when I said "deep clean" and that it was supposed to take 2.5-3 hours. The job ended up taking them 4 hours.

- They asked whether they were supposed to clean the insides of cabinets (which Sophie assured me they would), and when I said yes, they said it would take extra time. I contacted Sophie immediately, and she told me that if I wanted the cabinets cleaned inside, I should have taken out all the dishes. I could have done this, but since I asked if I needed to do anything prior to the cleaning and Sophie said no, I did not.

- There were several things Sophie explained were part of the deep cleaning service which were not completed

The cleaners were pleasant enough, but it was clear they felt rushed to get to their next job, and unfortunately, based on what Sophie assured me I'd be getting with a deep clean, the service from S&S did not live up to the description.

I have shared these concerns with Sophie directly, and she has done her best to make the situation right, which I appreciate.

The cleaners were through and professional. The house sparkled after they had finished! We'll definitely have them back.

Sophie was very helpful when I needed a last minute cleaning. She contacted me on short notice and sent out a crew. They did a very good job. Sophie was easy to deal with and reliable.
