Where to begin? How about incredible. If you are debating between Project Managers or even whether using one at all, trust me when I say that working with Alair was amazing. We had a very large and complicated project and it was key to have the right people in the right place at the right time. With Alair having connections and the skills to manage each and every part of our build, there was nothing but full confidence and gratefulness each and every time there was a challenge that they were able to overcome. Our gratitude continues on even though the project is complete. Every time we look around and know each and every detail is exactly how it should be, we are grateful for the time and attention that went into it. It is an investment in not only the physical space, but one in our enjoyment of the space each and every day.

After all the storie swe have heard about budget and schedules, planning a reno was a concerning prospect. We are so glad we chose Alair Homes for ours. After seeking several quotes to finish a project, we felt frustrated and reluctant to trust just any contractor to carry us across the finish line. Alair Homes Brandon was great to work with from Feasibility Planning to Construction, we always had a quick response and turnaround on changes. They were professional and the site was immaculate (we especially appreciated the quality of work from their carpenter Rudi and extra steps during COVID-19) Kyle kept in touch via text and we were able to work through several changes/issues still receiving a credit back. I would recommend Alair Homes to anyone who wants to see the job done beginning to end on time.

We first met with Corey and Mike to discuss our plans, Kyle was the project manager and they all did a super job.
