Randy's Gardening Lawncare

We hired randy for snow removal for a business and residential building. We had to pay half up front in November. We had our first winter storm last week. He came when the snow started and cleared some and then never came back at the end of the storm to actually clear what was needed (Jan). I called him All week on both his phones. No response from him or his wife. Left messages with no answers. He answered finally and promised to come, but never showed up. At 72 years old I had to do this myself as these are businesses. I would never trust or hire this business again. They take your money and don’t do anything.

Randy quoted me to trim shrubs and complete weekly lawn cut and trim. He never came weekly - always changed the days and went as much as 3 weeks between trims. To make that worse he wouldn't return calls, his wife was not responsive and they are completely unreliable. They will try to take your payment up front and rarely come. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR RANDY.

Make sure you read the fine print and do not believe their word. Get it in writing and even at that they don’t live up to it. They take your money and don’t live up to the contract. Find another trustworthy company.

Randy took on a job that he did not finish. He asked us for payment after the first day. We paid. Our mistake, as we found out. Randy cannot be trusted. Randy left our deck looking worse than before he started. He walked in on day 2 with an angry attitude. With powerwashing gouges, loosened rails and large areas of the previous paint, he barely sanded before starting to roll stain. When I asked him about it he became rude and aggressive and would not let me speak. I stopped the job and asked for a partial refund, to which Randy replied, NO way am I giving you any money back. We are left with a mess. I would NEVER recommend Randy to anyone. He is unprofessional.

Randy was contracted for weekly Lawn Care (cut and trim). It was quickly found that his quality of work and commitment to schedule deteriorated. Randy did not complete the number of cuts agreed upon.
Attempts to contact Randy for the remaining cuts became stressful. He was very unprofessional with his aggressive attitude, unwillingness to listen to customer, and his foul language.
Would not recommend Randy’s Lawn service in the future.

WASTE OF $725 I PAID. HE SHOVEL ONCE AND LAST SNOW STORM HE NEVER SHOWED UP. Don't even use him for your gardening need
