I contacted Sergey for a roof fascia repair, after receiving no response from a number of roofing companies in the area. Sergey was very responsive even though this is not his main area of business. Within hours he came over, had it repaired as well fastened the opposite side of the fascia to ensure it doesn't have the same issue. I'm very happy with the workmanship and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I needed my railings to be replaced since the guy who did interlock on my stairs and front porch damaged my original railings. Btw I hired that interlocking guy last year without paying attention to HomeStars profile which now I realize it was a huge mistake. Anyways I found Sergey's page on homestars and he was a local from my area so I called him. From that moment on I had a feeling I am in a passenger seat with a professional. Sergey showed up next day and he accommodated my busy schedule to come in after hours. He came in and did an estimate and also showed few things where builder cut corners installing my original railings.
Sergey also helped me to pick the design and a colour. By the end of the week I had my railings replaced . Extremely clean and professional job and I am excitingly happy with it. I will highly recommend using Sergey's services.

Serge provided an incredible client experience from start to finish. First, he was very quick to come to the premises and provide me with an estimate/quotation (within 48 hours of initial inquiry). Second, he provided a very detailed quotation and design consultation with me about what all of my options were in terms of posts, caps, colour, etc. providing suggestions and guidance about decisions. Third, he ordered the materials from the manufacturer directly right after I confirmed with him advising of a 4 week timeline. I provided a $500 deposit and it took only a mere 2 weeks (or less). We arranged a one-day installation. Everything was done within a 7 hour timeframe and was very clean/courteous. I would recommend Serge to anyone who is looking to install or replace handrails no matter how big or small the job. The pricing was very competitive and the service was quick and painless. I wish every interaction was so easy. I should also note that my house is on a very busy street downtown Toronto and I received no complaints about noise or mess. Disposal of my old rails was included in the price, where competitors were requiring a $200 disposal fee.
