I called North Star as I had been seeing a variety of bees around my house. I had previously used a competitor company for the same issue the last 3 years. This year, I decided to call North Star. Shakil from North Star showed up promptly and addressed the issues right away. He is very experienced and helpful and gets the job done no matter how big/small it is. He also provided many helpful tips on bees for future prevention. On top of that, he provided excellent and friendly customer service!
