Veli is polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He came out multiple times to give advice/estimates to myself and two neighbours who had cement work and driveways done with Canturk. We are beyond pleased with the pavers he suggested. We were surprised by how thick and what good quality they were. The finished patio and pathway are beautiful and even nicer than we could have imagined. Veli very kindly dug 3 holes for us to plant trees and also dug out a garden in our yard at no extra cost. They left our property spotless and laid down sod over the area the equipment had to drive over to get to our back yard. They put triple mix and grass seed around the edges of the patio and even brought in triple mix for my newly dug back garden and topped up my front garden on either side of the path they installed. The driveway work was exceptional . The driveway was excavated in August and the paving was completed in early September. The excavating was done quickly and everything was cleaned up perfectly. We had ugly looking old interlocking and needed someone to remove it and replace with premium looking new materials but for reasonable price, fix the retaining walls and the areas under the deck, and all of that we needed right away.... Veli and his team did a wonderful job. Very reliable and hardworking people. Veli gave us a good price, helped to select the right materials, and they started actually and finished ahead of time and transformed my backyard to beautiful place where we now spend all the summer time. After they left, I noticed couple of things and provided a feedback and they came back and fixed them to ensure I am happy with the final result and so I am! Highly recommend them!

My experience with Canturk was, truly, exceptionally positive. They do jobs large and small. Mine, at a small urban property, was the latter. Repaving a driveway and modifying its slope; leveling another area for a parking pad and paving it with cement pavers; installing a low retaining wall for a raised flower bed and adding a small area of pavers at the rear of the house. At no time did they treat my job as less important than the large contracts. Veli did his utmost to ensure I was happy.
Gail and Veli were a pleasure to deal with. They listened carefully to what I wanted, made useful suggestions, responded immediately to every call or email and, above all, did what they said they would do and did so on schedule. The work crew arrived early and worked very hard and steadily each and every day. I observed that they were careful with mine and my neighbours’ property, were considerate of passers by, and cleaned up the site after every work day.
From the first contact, when Gail came to assess the job, until the crew left at its completion, the entire team was thoroughly professional, unfailingly polite and pleasant, and obviously out to do their best. The quality of the work is top notch and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
Like many homeowners, through the years I have had experiences good and bad with contractors, albeit more good than bad. I must say I have never had such a completely positive experience such as I did with Canturk. They were truly exceptional!

We were in need of a repaving of our driveway as the existing asphalt (18 yrs old) had sunk. We also required a fix on some of the interlock in our backyard. Canturk was one of 4 companies who quoted on the job. They weren't the most expensive or the least expensive, but we felt their attention to detail, the process they used and listening to what we wanted and providing a fair quote on the work won them the contract. Veli, Gloria and crew came and worked on time and on budget. They addressed all of our questions and concerns to our complete satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.
