Very professional and reliable. Arrived on time, used professional equipment where it was necessary, e.g. disassembled the couch to make it go through the entryway, used a trolley to remove the old stove from the house. Excellent communication, prompt response and quick and top quality service. Highly recommended!!!

This was my second time using Urals Moving. I used a few moving companies and Urals was the best of them all. They take the time to wrap and protect your furniture and prices are very reasonable. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.

Vasily and Anton did a great job on moving our furniture from Toronto to Montreal they were punctual and very professional on handling our furniture, I was amazed of their professionalism and caring I can not say enough about this company how great they are; they basically were like a family member handling all these work by themselves and above and beyond that they waited until my daughter and her husband arrived from USA to off load half of the furniture to their truck as some of the furnitures belonged to my daughter that we were moving to Montreal as well I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great moving company:

We moved from 4 bedroom house with finished basement to condo townhouse, it was a long moving, the guys were working 13 hours, the weather was crazy, and where was no easy access to our unit.
They did excellent job, we like them a lot.

We were looking for a moving company to help us move all our belongings from 2 storage units to our new bungalow. We read all the reviews on line and decided to give Urals a try. We were nervous as we had never used a moving company before and have heard so many horror stories. They arrived promptly at the storage unit and were extremely efficient getting all the items from both units into the truck surprising both me and my wife. It was an extremely cold January day but that didn't slow them down. They were efficient and took great care to wrap our belongings before putting them in the truck. When they arrived at the house to unload, they took great care to lay mats down and wrap the banister. They were very polite and respectful and smiled every time we directed them to bring the items to the basement (sorry!). They really made our move stress free and we will be sure to recommend them to anyone we know that are moving.

During booking, answered all our questions and concerns (and, we had many, as this was our first time using moving company). All important contract details were solidified with the email communications. They followed up with reminders and were flexible accommodating our changes requested during booking/estimation process. Very professional communications! Made it so less stressful for us.

On the day of the move: arrived on time, prepared and facilitated a careful move of all our furniture and boxes from a condo in Etobicoke (those of you living in condos know the strict rules for using common elements during the move!) to a house in Mississauga during an unexpected heavy storm.
